SHIPPING POLICY

Every Deadset Society item is made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before being shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Most orders are fulfilled within several business days, but production times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or product availability.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been fulfilled and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and details about the issue. For damaged items, please include clear photos so we can help resolve the problem.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Availability, shipping rates, and delivery estimates for international orders are shown at checkout where applicable. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless specifically stated at checkout.
